Regional Sales Manager, Group Sales - Power FC

Department: Power FC - Business Ops
Location: Washington, DC

POSITION OVERVIEW

DC Power Football Club, a founding member of the USL Super League, is seeking a driven and relationship-focused sales professional to join our growing team as a Regional Sales Manager, Group Sales. This role is responsible for generating group ticket revenue through strategic outreach, creative event planning, and exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate has a passion for women's sports, a strong work ethic, and the desire to grow within a fast-paced, team-first environment. This individual will play a key role in building community engagement by organizing theme nights, youth soccer events, and other group initiatives at Audi Field.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual group ticket sales goals.
  • Develop and execute creative group sales campaigns focused on youth soccer, schools, community organizations, affinity groups, and non-profits.
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, virtual/in-person meetings, networking events, and stadium tours.
  • Create, coordinate, and execute unique theme nights and group-focused matchday experiences.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with group leaders and decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all touchpoints and communications in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Represent DC Power FC on matchdays and during group outings, ensuring top-tier customer service and operational excellence.
  • Achieve and maintain a high volume of sales activity (minimum 4 meetings, 250 calls, and 500 activities per week).
  • Embrace and contribute positively to the DC Power FC team culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and driving revenue through group ticket sales or similar efforts.
  • The selected candidate must pass a background check.

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, be coached, and grow professionally.
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for games and events.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • Annual salary range: $45,000 – $65,000, based on experience and performance.
  • Standard office hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (with flexibility for game days and events).
  • Eligible for performance-based commissions and sales incentives.
